Labor Day!

Labor Day pays tribute to the contributions and achievements of American workers and is traditionally observed on the first Monday of September. This day was invented or created by Peter J. McGuire, who thought that American workers should be honored with their own day in 1894. We celebrate with day with festivities, parades, picnics and get togethers.
